The Role - Full Time / Part Time (Results are more important)

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to lead our outreach to UK-based estate agents, landlords and property management firms. You won’t just be "selling a platform"; you will be championing a solution that solves real-world headaches—like juggling spreadsheets, missing compliance deadlines, and managing vacant periods with smart listings.

Key Responsibilities

•    B2B Outreach & Lead Gen: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, Social Media, LinkedIn, and direct outreach) to onboard estate agents and property managers.
•    Content Creation: Write compelling B2B copy, including blog posts, newsletters, and case studies that highlight GoQik’s AI capabilities and ROI benefits.
•    Partnership Building: Network with industry stakeholders and service providers to grow the GoQik ecosystem.
•    Digital Presence: Manage our social media channels and assist in SEO strategies to ensure GoQik remains the "go-to" hub for property professionals.
•    Product Marketing: Translate technical AI features (like our AI Accounts Wizard) into clear, value-driven benefits for non-technical users.
•    Events & Networking: Represent GoQik at UK property trade shows and PropTech networking events.

Who You Are

•    Property-Savy: You have 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the UK property or PropTech sector. You understand terms like EPC, EICR, HMO, and Yield.
•    A Natural Communicator: You can craft a pitch that resonates with a busy estate agent as easily as you can write a professional whitepaper.
•    Tech-Forward: You are excited by AI and how it can automate routine tasks.
•    Proactive: As part of a growing team, you aren't afraid to "roll up your sleeves" and try new marketing experiments at the speed with AI.
